Hello. My name is Arwen Rowland. I figured I needed to document my journey through weight loss and trying to conceive. I have heard so much advice, that really I just need it all in one place, for myself, and maybe to help others. Sometimes, I may just angry rant. Sometimes, I will have useful advice and pictures. I'll also be talking about the wellness company I am partnered with and some of the great products they offer.
